It is the responsibility of the client to carefully review their printed proofs and submit final files to Conveyor Studio as promptly as possible. Any scheduling time lost due to delays in reviewing proofs or communication about production details will be the responsibility of the client.
Proofs are valid for 60 days from shipment from Conveyor Studio. If 60 days elapse without approval to print, we will not guarantee matching results. Therefore, we suggest that the client purchases another printed proof.
Upon receiving the proof, clients may make changes and resubmit files one time free of charge. Files that require multiple submissions (typos, wrong file, change of layout) will be charged for the additional setup of $50 per file and $150 per hour where prepress work is involved.
Each project will receive a one-time $50 credit on the final invoice when the project goes into production. Limit one proof credit per project. Printed proofs and any shipping costs are non-refundable.
